Volunteer Spotlight: Victoria Sondheim
In the weeks leading up to Website Weekend LA 2016, we’ll be shining the spotlight on some of the volunteers who will be donating their time and talent during the event to help build websites for local nonprofit organizations that are doing good in the community. Today, we meet Victoria Sondheim!
What’s your day job?
I own a music production company with my husband and work as a freelance graphic designer.
How will you be using your experience to help during Website Weekend?
I would love to advance my WordPress skills any way I can. I also have some HTML/CSS ability and “mad skills” at preparing images in photoshop & illustrator for the web.
What was your favorite project that you ever worked on?
Hmm. There’s been a couple. I worked on the dvd for the first Harry Potter movie for Warner Bros. and another fav was in the role of creative director for a young singing group from the Republic of Georgia – styling the photoshoot and taking the images into my designs.
Why are you excited about Website Weekend?
To connect with the people who are involved.
What’s your favorite book, movie or tv show?
Fav books and tv shows are mostly crime dramas – currently I like Kathy Reich’s “Bones” series and NCIS.
What’s your favorite color?
